Our
words make information clearer
Our aim is for words
to do the best possible job of giving information. We have a systematic
approach that is proven to help people understand.
Examples:
- We have created
a Diversity Manual that summarises how to embed diversity within the
UK’s work against drugs. This was commissioned by the Home Office’s
Drugs Strategy Directorate.
- A prospectus that
we edited for the University of Sunderland won a HEIST Gold Award. Our
work included collating information from many different sources and
then creating a consistent style and tone.
- We have re-written
technical scientific information so that it is easy for non-scientists
to understand.
- We have edited
information about savings products from the Newcastle Building Society
so that it is easy to follow.
